BISMARCK – The Pride of Dakota Showcase returns to the Dickinson West River Ice Center, Friday and Saturday, Sept. 11-12.
“This is the time and place to stock up on your favorite North Dakota-made products and meet some of your local entrepreneurs,” Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring said. “More than 75 companies will be represented at the show with unique products, including gourmet food, art, books, jewelry, sporting goods, home decor, apparel, pet items and much more.”
Items exclusive to the new Pride of Dakota brand extension, Pride of Dakota Fresh, will be featured and members of the North Dakota Farmers Market and Growers Association will be on site to talk about local farmers markets and produce.
The showcase is open from 3 - 8 p.m. MDT Friday, and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. MDT Saturday. Admission and shopping bags are free and sponsored by the Bank of North Dakota College SAVE Plan. Parking is also free for Pride of Dakota shoppers. The first 50 shoppers on Saturday will receive $10 in Pride of Dakota bucks to shop. Members of the public are also invited to register to win a $200 shopping spree good at the Dickinson showcase.
The Pride of Dakota Culinary Experience will return in 2026 with live cooking demonstrations, sampling, wine tasting, Pride of Dakota food pairings and more. Kids can participate in free Ag in the Classroom activities and play in the playhouse barn provided by ABC Seamless.
Pride of Dakota is also partnering with the Dickinson Chamber of Commerce Harvest Festival from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. MDT on Saturday, Sept. 12, which will provide free kids’ activity booths, bounce houses, food trucks and more in the parking lot.

An additional Pride of Dakota Showcase is scheduled for Oct. 23-24 in the Magic Place on the State Fairgrounds, Minot. Pride of Dakota Holiday Showcases are scheduled for Nov. 13-14 in Alerus Center, Grand Forks; Nov. 20-21, in the Scheels Arena, Fargo; and Dec. 4-5, in the Bismarck Event Center.
Administered by the North Dakota Department of Agriculture, the Pride of Dakota program provides member companies with cooperative marketing and promotional events, such as in-store demonstrations, Pride of Dakota Day and the Pride of Dakota and Holiday Showcases. The program also provides educational opportunities and representation at regional, national and international marketing expositions. More than 500 North Dakota companies are Pride of Dakota members.
