The North Dakota Department of Agriculture (NDDA) received federal funding through the Patrick Leahy Farm to School Grant Program to provide schools with a STEM learning opportunity. This grant will enable NDDA to provide hydroponic gardens to a limited number of schools interested in incorporating this into their curriculum.

Schools interested in receiving a hydroponic garden can fill out the application below. The application deadline is Monday, Dec. 8, 2025. Selected schools will then be notified via email shortly thereafter if their application was successful.
