BISMARCK, N.D. – Emerald ash borer was detected this week by Bismarck city forestry staff while removing declining ash trees. This is the first detection in central North Dakota. Emerald ash borer has also been found in Cass and LaMoure counties.

BISMARCK, N.D. – Gov. Kelly Armstrong and Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring today voted with the State Water Commission to activate a water supply assistance program for livestock producers as the governor declared a drought disaster for extremely dry conditions across North Dakota.
The Dakota Prairie Grasslands and Grazing Associations Working Group will meet at 11 a.m. MT, Wednesday, Aug. 19, at the Stark County Veterans Pavilion, 801 5th Ave. W, Dickinson, ND.
