BISMARCK, N.D. - The North Dakota Wheat Commission Member-at-Large Nominating Committee will meet at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 13, in the North Dakota Department of Agriculture’s 6th floor conference room at the State Capitol.

BISMARCK, N.D.  –  The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in the case of Sackett v. Environmental Protection Agency. The Supreme Court narrowed federal Clean Water Act jurisdiction to only wetlands that are “indistinguishable” from larger bodies of water “due to a continuous surface connection.”

Each year, harmful invasive weeds, plant pests and diseases cost the U.S. $40 billion in crop losses, damage to forests and expensive eradication and control efforts, according to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
