BISMARCK, N.D. – The North Dakota Department of Agriculture has received confirmation of the presence of highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) in a commercial turkey flock in Dickey County from South Dakota State University.

BISMARCK – A feral pig that was recently reported in Nelson County has been determined to be a stray domestic pig after being examined by authorities. Ryan Powers, with USDA Wildlife Services, examined the carcass and made the determination. The pig was destroyed after it reportedly charged a farmer in his yard. 

BISMARCK, N.D.  – A preliminary injunction has been granted halting the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers from implementing or enforcing the newly revised definition of the Waters of the United States (WOTUS) in North Dakota and 23 other states.
